Job Summary:

Security 101 is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our San Francisco Branch. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsibility for operational excellence, customer success, business growth, and team leadership within the commercial electronic security integration industry.

This position is ideal for a proven leader who can balance strategy with execution, scale operations, and drive profitable growth in a highly competitive market.

Salary and Benefits:

Annual Salary range is $150K to $160K, exempt. This position qualifies for our annual bonus program. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) match plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Business

• Lead all branch operations with end-to-end responsibility for performance and results
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and scalable growth

Drive Growth & Customer Success

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to expand market presence and drive new business
• Oversee customer satisfaction, retention, and executive-level escalations

Lead & Develop Teams

• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales, operations, and service leaders
• Coach and mentor branch leadership to build bench strength and succession
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience
• Required: Experience in commercial electronic security integration
• Proven General Manager, Branch Manager, or Regional leadership background
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and integrated systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel based on business needs
• Must reside within the regional market
