Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect – High-End Residential position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s preferred- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural practice with management across all project phases- Experience with high-end residential projects required- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and rendering software (3Ds Max or Lumion)- Manage residential architectural projects from inception to completion- Lead and participate in client presentations and prepare design documentation- Coordinate with consultants and respond to RFIs, contractor inquiries, and shop drawings- Maintain CAD standards and ensure project deadlines are metSalary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401k availability, $200/month insurance stipend, optional group insurance covering about 50% of individual premium, two weeks of PTO including office closure from Christmas to New Year’s, flexible time off, mileage reimbursement for local site visits, paid parking, and year-end performance-based bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $30,000.
