Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive compliance and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance, making a significant impact on our organizational integrity and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Training, Safety, and Operations), manage Title 49, CFR, Part 200 programs, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field.
Maintaining documentation of training and qualifications performed for contractors, subcontractors, third parties, Authority, and public agency employees.
Ensuring contract compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and with Standards, Rules, Regulations, and Policies.
Performing field observations and audits.
Helping develop training curriculum, programs, testing, and qualification guidelines.

Degree in technical or safety-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in railroad operations or maintenance supervision.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Railroad Employee with an FRA regulated agency.
Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations.
Familiarity with implementing, directing, and monitoring safety programs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
