Accounting Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- AIA Billing Experience: Execute and enter all AIA billing forms accurately.
- Payables & Compliance: Review and input subcontractor invoices into SAGE and Timberscan while meticulously tracking lien waivers and certificates of insurance.
- Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile project-specific costs and purchase order logs.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Facilitate smooth project close-outs, including final reconciliations and the release of retention funds.
- Industry Experience: Candidates must have proven experience working for a General Contractor (GC) or Subcontractor to ensure a deep understanding of construction billing
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAGE 300, Timberscan, Textura, or Procore is highly preferred.
