Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary
Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange planned meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately resulting in referrals for customers requiring our restoration services. Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources. There are two positions available: Full-time compensated employee sales position. This position requires the employee to have existing local connections and bring a book of business.
Want a side hustle? Part time commission-only independent contractor sales position with completely flexible hours. These positions are sales positions for an emerging company that will require strong sales skills to initiate new relationships. Setting up a bonus referral program with plumbers will be an important part of the initial responsibilities of the role. No industry experience is necessary, training will be provided. These are commission-based roles commission sales can easily reach $100,000 - $250,000 for the first year for someone who is highly motivated, and increase significantly in future years as there is no limit to the commission potential! Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
- Create and maintain sales route records.
- Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
- Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
- Maintain customer contact database.
- Make group presentations to prospective organizations.
- Consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events.
- Education and Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field with a bachelors degree preferred but not required. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience with relationship selling is preferred but not required. General Contractor license a bonus.
- Selling Skills: Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including enterprise systems - MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Must reside in Southwest Florida.
