HR Manager
Overview:
LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for a driven and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of our HR department. You’ll be responsible for supporting a strong company culture, managing recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance, and ensuring that every employee is positioned to thrive in their role.
The ideal candidate has at least 3–5 years of HR management experience, excels in communication and leadership, and is passionate about building a high-performing team culture.

We are proud to provide patients with alternative medical doctors who treat a wide range of chronic health conditions, naturally. People travel from all over the world to see our doctors and receive our holistic treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the HR Team
• Lead all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
• Manage employee relations, performance, and retention
• Maintain and oversee employee records, benefits, attendance, and scheduling systems
• Champion company culture, morale, and team engagement
• Oversee training and development for all staff
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local labor regulations
• Track HR-related metrics and provide regular feedback to leadership
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources management
• Proven ability to lead and manage HR operations hands-on
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools
• Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR relevant experience
• 3–5+ years in a Human Resources executive or managerial role
• Hands-on experience across all core HR functions
Language Skills:
Must speak English. Must have excellent interactive communication skills and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
Physical Demands of Position:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, walk throughout the clinic, go up and down stairs, and occasionally drive between campus locations. The role also may require the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds without assistance.
