✍ Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Shopify Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations for the Shopify store. This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and keeping workflows running smoothly. It’s a flexible part-time position (around 4 hours/day), ideal for someone organized, reliable, and experienced with Shopify and customer service.

🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)

⏰ Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week (4 hours/day)

💼 Responsibilities

• Process Shopify orders within 24 hours with high accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone within 1 business day
• Maintain workflows and accurate records of open and completed orders
• Support customer satisfaction by reducing escalations
• Work independently and consistently in a part-time capacity (20 hrs/week)

✅ Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify order management
• Strong customer service skills (calls and emails)
• Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, professional, empathetic
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
