Operator Lead

We are searching for an experienced Operator Lead at our Plant 42-Plant City-FL facility.

Job Description

The Operator Lead will report to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. We are looking for a detailed oriented, team player to fill the position of Operator Lead.

Receiving Inspection, Domestic and Import

Product and Process Audits

Operate a forklift & other equipment to stack and relocate material, pick orders, etc.

Checking inventory and executing product counts

Weighing and tagging products

Using a bar code scanner and a shrink wrapper

Loading/unloading trucks

Data entry

Inventory accuracy

Qualifications

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Continue to grow knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with Continuous Improvement. Individual must be thorough and punctual.

Education: This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of work experience, including at least one year performing the same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
