Responsibilities:
· Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing supplies
· Ensure all public areas (lobbies, hallways, bathrooms) are tidy and spotless
· Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
· Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
· Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
· Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience

Requirements:
· Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting)
· A positive, friendly attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements
Key physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and performing repetitive motions like scrubbing and dusting for long periods.
