This is a STANDING/WALKING post. Must be able to work for long periods of time on your feet.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour PAID WEEKLY! Locations: Lincoln Road Mall, Miami Beach, FL
As a Retail Security Bouncer your primary focus will be providing a safe environment and deterring theft by actively performing foot patrols, greeting customers, and maintaining constant awareness of all activity within the store. There are no chairs, there are no stools . This job requires you to work on your feet for long periods of time, unless on approved break. You will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced environment throughout your shift.
Duties :
- Greet customers, respond to door control alarms, identify potential shoplifters
- Serve as a strong bouncer-like presence to promote a safe environment
- Deescalate stressful situations while maintaining a professional composure
- Must be willing and able to utilize your personal smartphone to download applications for incident reporting, communication, and clocking into post.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Must Possess FL Security D License
- Must speak English (Bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must carry true bouncer physique
- Loss prevention/asset protection/bouncer experience preferred
- Must have availability to work retail hours to include weekend days.
