You will be responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of a multi-family residential property. This role ensures efficient property management, maximizes occupancy and revenue, maintains the physical asset, and upholds company standards for resident experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
- Enforce leases, community policies, and compliance with housing regulations.
- Prepare budgets, control expenses, and oversee rent collection.
- Lead marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy.
- Build positive resident relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of property management experience (multi-family preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
- Proficiency with property management software
- CAM, ARM, or similar certification preferred.
