As our Chiropractic Office Manager, your schedule is dynamic, with responsibilities that include overseeing a dedicated team of front desk staff, orchestrating patient appointments, managing billing and insurance processes, and providing patient support. You'll also play a key role in personnel and HR tasks, conducting employee reviews, and collaborating with our Production Manager to coordinate office meetings. Your daily contributions are pivotal in ensuring our practice runs smoothly, remains prosperous, and contributes to the well-being of our patients through holistic healthcare.

• Days of Operation: Monday and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and a half day on Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
• Lunch Break: A 60-minute lunch break is provided during the workday.
• Ending Time: Typically, we finish our workday 15 to 30 minutes after our closing time.
• Daily Huddle: We hold a 15-minute team huddle every morning before the office opens.
