CMC Therapy is expanding and we’re looking for emotionally attuned, collaborative, and client-centered clinicians to join our dynamic team. We’re not your average therapy office. Our spa-like space, rooted in intentionality and calm, is designed to offer both clients and clinicians a grounded, welcoming experience. We offer Individual therapy, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy, and much more.

This is your opportunity to do fulfilling clinical work with support, structure, and mentorship built in.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be fully licensed to practice in the state of Florida (or Registered Interns) (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
• Education: Master's Degree (Required).
• Language: English (Required).
• Are available to see 12+ clients/week.
• Applicants must be reliable, have initiative, work well in a collaborative space, and be willing to support other team members.
• Reliable transportation for In-Person sessions and Reliable WIFI for telehealth (work from home) sessions.

Bonus If You:

• Work with trauma, adolescents, couples, or young adults.
• Are bilingual (Spanish/English preferred).
• Love learning and believe in ongoing development.

• $60–$80 per session, based on experience and credentials.

• Spa-like office environment with flexible scheduling.
• Hybrid model: build your caseload in-person, via Telehealth, or both.
• Weekly virtual team meetings and bi-monthly in-person meetings with team bonding opportunities.
• EHR, billing, and admin systems fully handled for you.
• Supportive, engaged team culture with opportunities for leadership as we grow.
