Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
Own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio
Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities
Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance
Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 30%
