Industrial Construction Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
•
Project Planning & Scheduling
o
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
o
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
•
Budget & Billing Management
o
Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
o
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
•
Document Control
o
Manage and track all submittals ensuring timely review and approval.
o
Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring prompt responses and documentation.
•
Procurement & Subcontractor Management
o
Lead procurement efforts for materials, equipment, and services.
o
Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
o
Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve issues proactively.
o
Manage subcontractor billing.
•
Communication & Reporting
o
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risk and issues.
o
Prepare and present project reports, including budget status, schedule updates and change orders.
