Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Manager, Design Strategic Communications, to translate the visionary architectural design into a compelling and inspiring narrative. This role combines strategic vision and creative storytelling to resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate compelling narratives for newbuild ships and major architectural projects that align with the brand vision and guest experience goals.
- Translate concepts and innovation into strategic vision that resonates with a variety of audiences at all levels and across cultures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, finance, naval architecture, product development—integrating into every stage of development, to help craft the narrative around our process and progress
- Partner with Brand, Ops and Revenue management teams to incorporate guest insights, market trends, and business needs into design narratives.
- Create engaging presentations and visual stories to communicate design concepts, strategic directions, and project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Craft thoughtful messaging and presentations showcasing the strategy and concepts to share recommendations and gain buy-in from senior management and CEO.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, design, Communication & PR, Product Innovation, or related field
- Quick learner, highly driven, accountable, adaptable to ambiguity, and capable of shifting priorities efficiently.
- Strong strategic thinking and critical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, translate complex ideas into cohesive strategies, and develop effective frameworks.
- Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives and presentations that influence senior leadership and stakeholders. Adept at translating strategic insights into innovative design concepts and visual stories.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Deep understanding of design standards, operational constraints, and guest experience optimization.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest-centric industries.
