SysOps/DevOps Engineer

RealT is the world leader in tokenized real estate, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an experienced, driven expert in SysOps and DevOps to help build our current and future architecture, including cloud-based microservices, deployment automation processes, and security framework implementation.If you have the skills and a challenging position with a fast-paced team on the cutting edge of the tokenization movement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate and support on technical projects that interact with a variety of teams within the company
• Collaborate with development teams in CI/CD stack design and management, solution architecture, service catalog, and technology choices
• Ensure high reliability, elasticity, scalability, and security of maintained platforms
• Direct and coordinate the implementation of security recommendations from external consultants
• Develop and drive adoption of automation workflows across teams
• Work closely with teams to define best practices and ensure they get applied

Your Expertise

• Linux & sysadmin experience: bash scripting, cron, etc.
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• CI/CD: GitHub actions, integration with cloud deployments, secret management
• Automation of deployment and test flows
• Hosting space configuration and optimization
• Operations development: processes and documentation
• Cloud service deployment and maintenance:
  • AWS
    • EC2
    • Lambda
    • SSL certs
    • DNS/Domain Mgmt
  • Digital Ocean
  • Vercel
• Cloudflare optimization and maintenance
• DB Admin experience: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Nginx/Firewall configuration
• Load Balancer configuration
• Caching Server setup/implementation
• Microservices architecture design and implementation
• Experience with different tools for monitoring, provisioning, config management: Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible
• graphQL basics
• Proficiency in Node.JS
• Network security on cloud deployments
• Email security (DMARC, etc.)
• SaaS digital security framework implementation

Your Education

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum (Computer Science preferred)
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification a big plus
