About the role
Combine routed leads with neighborhood canvassing to help homeowners choose the right package; close in a single visit when possible.
What you’ll do
Cover mapped streets; meet warm/hot appointments.
Needs check → options on tablet → on-site close .
Track doors/conversations/demos/closes; confirm activations.
Weekly huddles and leaderboard reviews.
What you’ll bring
Strong face-to-face communication; coachable.
Scripts/objections; repeatable steps.
Flexible availability; license, car, smartphone with data; work authorization.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based + paid training bonus; structured ramp.
Uncapped commissions + weekly/monthly bonuses.
Warm leads, mapped territories; path to Team Lead / MiT .
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ .
