An industry-leading company in Boca Raton is seeking a Controller to oversee daily accounting operations and partner with multiple business units across the organization. Salary up to $150k

Responsibilities:

Oversee the review and analysis of the general ledger, financial statements, bank reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Prepare financial statement analysis and provide insights to management
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Review detailed monthly, quarterly, and year-end work paper packages, including journal entries and general ledger analysis
Manage SOX internal controls
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
10+ years of accounting experience
CPA designation (preferred)
Public accounting background (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
