Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $16.49 - $20.16 / hour

Summary

The Provider Recruitment Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional candidate experience during the on-site interview day by providing pick-up/drop-off services to each of the locations indicated on the candidates itinerary, including but not limited to the candidates hotel accommodation, Lee Health Hospitals, Lee Health or Other offsite professional offices, restaurants, etc. The Concierge will assist with day-of coordination or itinerary rescheduling in the event of an immediate cancellation by an interviewer and may also provide basic community tours within the service area if needed.

Effectively communicates and demonstrates exceptional and professional customer service to all internal and external customers. The concierge also plays an important role in evaluating and providing feedback on the candidate to the recruiter based on conversations and interactions throughout the interview day. Will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory of the candidate Welcome Bags at the hotels.

This position will also be responsible for in-office administrative responsibilities such as managing leadership calendars, setting up and facilitating meetings, answering phones and greeting visitors. Assistances with budget-related tasks including reimbursement requests as well as invoice and receipt tracking may also be required as needed.

Requirements

Education: Associate degree required or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service and/or sales required with a high degree of professionalism. Some experience working in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Certification: N/A

License: State of Florida Drivers License required.

Other: Good driving record and safe driving techniques. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required.
