For a globally leading company in the agribusiness sector , recognized as one of the three leading agribusiness exporters worldwide, with a presence in nearly 40 countries, we are looking for an HR & Office Manager . The company has operations in the United States, Mexico, China, South Africa, and other strategic markets. The challenge of this position is to be responsible for Human Resources management and the day-to-day operation of the office , working directly with the Ownership and Executive Management. We are looking for someone who can manage the people within the company, anticipate needs, support employee development, and identify opportunities for improvement within the team. 🔎 Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations and serve as a point of reference for employee questions and workplace matters. Participate in performance management, objective tracking, evaluations, and improvement plans. Support disciplinary processes, promotions, and compensation decisions together with Management. Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Manage employee documentation and records. Coordinate salaries, benefits, and other processes related to the employee lifecycle. Manage policies, procedures, training, and development opportunities. Promote the consistent implementation of HR practices. Develop and optimize work processes.
