Oral Surgeon

Ready to take your career to the next level? We are hiring an oral surgeon to join a doctor owned practice in Jacksonville, FL. This position comes with everything needed to be successful including great income potential for experienced doctors! This includes a path to partnership/equity in as little as 1 year.

Our ideal oral surgeon candidate will have the drive to help patients, a desire for longevity in the Jacksonville area, and is committed to an empathetic approach to dentistry! As a member of the team, you will enjoy a very well established, robust group of referrals that are incredibly loyal to the practice. Competitive salary is offered in a 1099 or W2 format. Currently there’s a very full schedule, so a new surgeon could immediately walk in and begin producing at a high level immediately.

• Full or part time (min. 2 days/week) opportunity
• 1099 or W2
• Competitive compensation ($350k guarantee + 35% collections)
• Multi location practice
• Equity/partnership after 1 year if desired
• Access to level 2 trauma center
• Relo-assistance/sign-on bonus considered
• $2M produced annually per surgeon
