The JOB: Accounts Payable Specialist

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable AP Specialist to perform a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function, including high volume, receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking, and recording purchase orders, and processing payments. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be able to multitask and assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.

To be successful as an Accounts Payable Specialist, you should have a good grasp of accounting practices and strong organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a knack for working with numbers.

Salary Description

$22 -$24 per hour
