About GE Aerospace: At GE Aerospace, we believe the world works better when it flies, and we lead in the development and manufacture of advanced jet engines, components, and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. Joining us means becoming part of a collaborative and diverse team that values your unique perspectives, innovative spirit, and drive, while participating in our ongoing LEAN transformation to work smarter, not harder. Your contributions will have a meaningful impact on millions of lives, and you will share in our sense of purpose and pride.

Working at our Clearwater Location: Clearwater is a provider of engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services to commercial and military customers, with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. In addition to working in a facility awarded OSHAS's highest safety rating, you will be part of a diverse team of 400+ employees, solving the global challenge of sustainable flight, earning merit-based rewards, working in a climate-controlled environment, and having opportunities for continuous learning and development.

What You'll Do:

  • Cycle Count Champion: Perform daily inventory counts to maintain accuracy and ensure we're always ready to meet customer demands.
  • Tech-Savvy Transactions: Complete accurate and timely updates in our enterprise system, keeping operations seamless and data reliable.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify constraints and prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Inventory Guru: Handle all inventory support functions, from stock put-away and movement to releasing work orders and collaborating with other departments and plants.
  • Team Player: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You'll Bring:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems.
  • The ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, ensuring you're ready for the physical demands of the role.
  • A willingness to work with hazardous materials and adapt to a dynamic environment that requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and reaching.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Proven experience as a stockroom specialist or in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in inventory management.
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, with an unwavering commitment to quality.
  • Exceptional time management skills to complete orders efficiently and on schedule.
  • Organizational prowess to juggle multiple orders while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
