Coach

Position Overview:

As a Coach at Super Soccer Stars, you will be responsible for teaching soccer fundamentals to young athletes in a fun, engaging, and educational manner. You will work directly with children ages 1-10 across various classes and clinics, nurturing their love for the game while building essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soccer classes and drills for young players
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
• Encourage skill development and teamwork among players
• Foster a sense of sportsmanship and fun
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress
• Attending training sessions and staff meetings as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching soccer or working with children in a related field (preferred)
• Strong passion for soccer and youth development
• Ability to effectively communicate with kids and parents
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
• Reliable transportation to various class locations
