We are seeking an experienced and motivated veterinarian to step into a lead in-house surgical role, offering an exceptional opportunity to grow your clinical career in a surgery-forward environment.
The Opportunity:
This is a soft tissue surgery-heavy position, ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys time in the OR and wants to lead surgical initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to perform surgeries most days, take ownership of complex cases, and guide the clinical team in best practices. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostics, including dental radiography and ultrasound to support high-quality, progressive care.
Key Highlights:
Salary: $140,000$160,000 DOE
Generous sign-on bonus
$3,000 annual CE allowance
3 weeks of paid time off
4-day work week

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a DVM with 2+ years of clinical experience, confident in both consultation and surgery. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for leadership are essential.
