Are you a CDL-A driver on the lookout for a fulfilling OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the opportunity for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure stable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Employees become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
