• Work with development teams to deliver solutions to meet clientrequirements
• Contributetoall phases of the developmentlifecycle
• Write well designed,testable, efficientcode
• Track, manage andbe a part ofsmall teams on short term sprints, andlong-termsoftwaredeployments
• Collaborate with teamsand implement themost relevant development tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed clientrequirements
• Use your strong communication skills and technical knowledge to translate technical software solutions to non-technicalclients

AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering. Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Appian Development experience
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Hands on experience with Java development tools, integration solutions including API's and XML and REST protocols
• 1 year of development in Appian BPMS versions 18.x and above
• Experience with Databases and Database queries in solutions such as: MS SQL, DB2, Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
• Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
