Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Act as a primary liaison, screening and prioritizing incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and drafting professional correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, and attend meetings as required to take minutes and track action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or documents as requested by the CEO.
- Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets for the executive office.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions and handling of sensitive information.
- Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Support general office management duties related to the executive team.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and work independently.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for sports, basketball culture, or youth development is a plus.
