The Job
This prestigious group is an industry leader in medical risk management, disease management, chronic care programs and healthcare delivery services.
They currently serve over 400,000 patients in Texas and Florida, directly employ more than 1500 physicians, as well as provide contracted medical management services to many independent practices. Annual revenues last year were over $2 billion.
This exceptional position will perform Palliative and Hospice services within a medicare aged patient population. All facilities served are high tech and state of the art within the greater Orlando metropolitan area.
Qualifications
Outgoing, caring and charismatic personality. Board Certification in specialty, the ability to manage life and death medical decisions with skill, knowledge of and experience with Medicare Advantage programs.
Compensation/Benefits
This practice holds an excellent financial package and superb incentives (top 10% within Specialty). Additional Financial incentives for Quality (not quantity) outcomes and performance.
