We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in the Customer Support department of a leading Marketing & Branding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors, clients, and colleagues in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and manage the company’s main inbox, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution within company standards.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk, lobby, and meeting rooms.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, interviews, and room bookings.
  • Provide customer support for basic enquiries about promotional branding products and services, escalating complex issues as required.
  • Monitor and manage visitor logs and security processes to ensure compliance with company and data protection policies.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and document management.
  • Communicate effectively, both face-to-face and in written form, with clients and internal teams, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, ideally within the promotional branding or related industry.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including multi-line phones, scanners, printers, and copiers.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail.

  • $18-21 per hour
