Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master / Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Juno Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly in the SAFe framework, and will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Act as a servant leader to the team, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in adopting and implementing SAFe practices to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance team dynamics and efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices across the organization.
• Support the team in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is a deal breaker; candidates without this certification will not be considered.
• Experience leading technical teams in a software development environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Technical background in software development (e.g., coding, architecture).
• Experience in managing remote teams or distributed Agile teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
