Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Ft. Walton Beach sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and delivering real value to local businesses. Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Prospect and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and on-site visits
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and demos
• Close deals and negotiate terms that generate recurring revenue

Account Management

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Provide product support and serve as the liaison for issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Keep CRM pipeline updated and manage leads effectively
• Stay current on product offerings and industry trends

Professional Development

• Participate in training, team meetings, and industry events
• Represent Ambit at local trade shows and business events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven success in sales or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organization
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail tech sales is a plus
• Familiarity with POS or payment systems is preferred
