Description:
SERVPRO of Saginaw / Bay City is looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join their team in Kissimmee, FL. This role is responsible for performing end-of-day accounting procedures for the hotel’s Front Office, ensuring accuracy of daily activity, reconciling accounts, and producing management reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shift closing procedures for all front office staff, including preparing detailed audit summaries.
• Accurately process cash handling, credit card batches, and produce timely daily reports.
• Provide backup support to the hotel PBX operator during night shifts.
• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest/house accounts.
• Reconcile cashier’s reports with restaurant systems nightly and resolve outstanding tickets.
• Assist in preparing financial documents and transmitting daily management reports.
• Act as the system liaison during overnight hours.
• Perform Guest Service Representative duties, including booking reservations, answering calls, and assisting guests.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field (hospitality strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical proficiency with hotel systems.
• Experience in high-volume establishments and proven customer service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (drug screening, background check, etc.).
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong command of English; multilingual skills are a plus.
