Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET (C#) and Azure technologies, while also being adaptable to other modern tools and frameworks. This role requires a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET (C#) and Azure cloud services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintainability.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, and more.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the development process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET (C#) and Azure technologies.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a solid grasp of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
Knowledge of database systems, including SQL Server and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
A passion for clean, maintainable code and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with other programming languages or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience with CMS, LMS and CRM systems
Familiarity with AI/ML integration or data analytics tools.
Background in performance optimization and scalability for enterprise-level applications.
