Our Graphic Specialist is responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across a variety of digital and print platforms. This role supports the sales and marketing team, and other internal teams by producing creative assets that effectively communicate the organization’s message, enhance brand recognition, and engage target audiences
What You’ll Do:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across digital and print channels, including social media, websites, presentations, emails, signage, and collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources, and agencies to support campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency in design standards.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative quality.
- Source and edit photography, icons, and other visual elements as needed.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Assist with video editing, animation, or multimedia production as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design required
- 1+ years professional experience in agency or in corporate creative services team
- Must be able to produce a portfolio of recent work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a B2C e-commerce or in an omni-channel environment and with B2B collateral
- Excellent communication skills with a strong copywriting and production background
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
