We are seeking a customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and providing them with the highest level of service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on various insurance products and services. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and organized, and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures and experience in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities- Provide Friendly & Efficient Service: Be the go-to person for customers, answering inquiries and offering solutions based on individual client needs, assisting with policy renewals and updates, and solving problems in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
- Support & Educate Customers: Help clients understand their insurance policies and coverage options. Provide clear guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate in a Team-Oriented Environment: Work closely with your team and other departments (underwriting, claims, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Build Relationships & Retain Clients : Develop strong relationships with customers, offering personalized services to foster loyalty and increase client retention.
- Positive Attitude & Customer-Centered Mindset : We value individuals who are passionate about helping others, are solutions-focused, and enjoy engaging with people.
- Experience in Customer Service : While prior experience in insurance is a plus, we are also open to candidates with a strong background in customer service, retail, or hospitality who are eager to learn about insurance.
- Strong Communication Skills : Whether youre answering questions or explaining complex policy details, excellent verbal and written communication is key to providing great customer service.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking : You'll have the chance to use your creative thinking to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, so being comfortable with problem-solving is a must.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tech tools. Well train you on the systems we use, so being open to new technology will be a great asset.
- Ability to Work Independently & in a Team : We value both self-starters and team players. You'll need to balance working independently with collaborating to achieve team goals.
