We are currently seeking a passionate and organized individual to fill the position of Blooming Lead in our Retail & Office Operations team.

As a Blooming Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our flower shop while leading and mentoring our retail staff. This position combines creative floral merchandising with excellent organizational and customer service skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our shop maintains high standards of presentation, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day retail and office operations
• Supervise staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation
• Ensure excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers and addressing their needs
• Assist in floral design and merchandising to create visually appealing displays
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Payroll operations for Contract Delivery Drivers and Staff Payroll Preperations
• Staff and Constractor Scheduling via an app

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail flower shop or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in basic computer skills and POS systems
• Past Key Holder Responsibiliy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for flowers and floral design is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must not have allergies to flowers or floral materials
