Catering Sales and Events Execution Manager

We are expanding our catering and off-premise event services and are seeking a driven, energetic Catering Sales & Events Manager to lead and grow our catering division while increasing our visibility and presence within the community. Position Summary
The Catering Sales & Events Execution Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue growth while overseeing the successful execution of all on- and off-premise events.
This is a highly sales-focused leadership role requiring proactive prospecting, relationship building, community networking, and contract closing — in addition to operational oversight.
This role combines revenue generation, client relationship management, and event execution to ensure every catered experience reflects the Don Julio Restaurant Group brand standards.
This position reports to the Operational Manager. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth & Relationship Building
Proactively seek and secure new catering accounts (corporate offices, private parties, weddings, community events, schools, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships within the Orlando business and event community
Attend networking events and community functions to promote Don Julio catering services
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and follow up on all inquiries
Prepare catering proposals and execute contracts
Secure deposits and final payments
Generate and manage invoices
Ensure accurate pricing and profitability on each event
Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams on menu selections and production timelines
Organize staffing needs for events
Oversee event logistics including transportation, setup, service flow, and breakdown
Personally attend events as needed to ensure brand standards and flawless execution
Safely operate and manage the company catering van
Monitor catering inventory, equipment, and supplies
Ensure proper storage and tracking of catering equipment
Coordinate product transfers between restaurant locations when needed
Maintain organization and accountability of catering assets
Minimum 3 years of direct catering sales and/or catering execution experience
Proven ability to generate revenue through relationship building and prospecting
Experience drafting contracts and managing event invoices
Experience organizing and executing off-site catering events
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must be insurable under company auto insurance policy
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support diverse guest and team communication
- Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually
