Member Plan Coordinator - Estate Planning Documents | On-Site, Full Benefits

UF Resources is a fast-growing company in the estate planning and financial services space, and we’re hiring a Member Plan Coordinator & Document Review Specialist to support our estate planning creation department. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with documents, and like being at the center of a well-coordinated process, this role could be a great fit for you.

You’ll play a vital role in making sure member estate plans are accurate, complete, and organized in partnership with our network attorneys—directly impacting the quality of service our members receive.

What You’ll Do

• Review network attorney document submissions for new estate plans and plan updates/changes
• Coordinate and organize all documentation needed to complete estate plan binders
• Work directly with network attorneys to obtain missing or corrected documents
• Use your understanding of tax statements and deed documents to help with deed funding
• Track case status, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to keep cases moving

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Comfort working with documents, records, and checklists in a fast-paced environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through
• Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or other document-heavy roles is a plus, but not required if you bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn
