Breakfast Cook
@ The Diner is seeking experienced Breakfast Line Cooks to join our high-volume breakfast and brunch team.
The ideal candidate has experience cooking eggs, omelets, pancakes, French toast, breakfast meats, and other breakfast favorites in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to recipe standards
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and brunch service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep and stocking as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely ticket completion
Requirements:
- Previous breakfast or high-volume line cook experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
