A thriving apartment community in the Tampa area is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager. Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations while growing toward a manager role. Immediate interviews; community details shared during the interview.
What you'll do:
Process applications, leases, renewals, and rent collection
Support the Community Manager with reporting and resident relations
Help drive occupancy and resident retention
What we're looking for:
1+ year leasing or assistant-manager experience in multifamily
Organized, professional, strong with numbers
Yardi / Entrata / AppFolio a plus
