What You’ll Do

• Lead (or support) the delivery of complex federal and civil construction projects

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

• Partner with field teams to ensure top-tier safety and quality standards

• Build lasting relationships with clients and project partners

• Drive results while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred: Building Construction)

• 5+ years’ experience in general contracting or design-build construction

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and integrity

• Willingness to travel or relocate for key projects
