Summary:

Manages the processing of pledges, gifts, and other payments to the Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation (JHACF). Supervises the accurate and timely recording, receipting, and depositing of gifts. Is responsible for tracking metrics around processing workload and reporting on work completed to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Management, Computer Information Systems or related field and two years progressively responsible experience
• OR a minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement and five years progressively responsible experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Two years of experience with contact relational management (CRM) systems
