Agentic AI (Copilot Studio) Specialist
Kforce's client is seeking an Agentic AI (Copilot Studio) Enablement Specialist to support enterprise adoption of AI solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. Summary: This role will serve as a trusted advisor and enabler to internal teams, helping guide the design, optimization, and governance of AI-driven workflows. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building Copilot Studio solutions and is now passionate about helping others successfully adopt and scale AI capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a front-line advisor to business users and developers on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Provide guidance on when and how to use AI tools to optimize workflows and solution design
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot Studio agents and automation workflows
- Support the design, implementation, and enforcement of AI governance frameworks and guardrails
- Partner with architecture and design teams to execute evolving solution designs
- Assist with onboarding and enablement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and hackathons
- Guide teams on end-to-end orchestration of AI-powered workflows across the Power Platform
- Stay current on emerging Microsoft Copilot and AI features and advise teams on best practices
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective AI adoption at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform, automation, or related Microsoft technologies
- Proven experience building solutions that have been deployed to production environments
- Experience working in a consultative, advisory, or enablement-focused role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (building and deploying agents)
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including: Power Apps; Power Automate
- Understanding of AI/GenAI workflows, conversational design, and orchestration patterns
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven workflows
- Knowledge of enterprise application design, integration, and automation concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving AI environment
- Exposure to AI adoption, governance, or enterprise enablement initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, or best practices frameworks is a plus
- A builder at heart who has transitioned into a strategic advisor and enabler
- Someone who can guide teams on tool selection and workflow optimization, not just execution
- High learning agility and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing AI technologies
- A collaborative team player who can influence without direct authority
- Contract-to-hire (initial 3 months)
- 80% remote/20% onsite (as needed)
- Must be local and able to support occasional onsite requirements - Orlando local is preferred, but open to anywhere in FL as long as ok with travel requirements
