Compensation and Benefits

• $180,000–$200,000+ annual salary , based on experience

• Quarterly incentive bonuses

Schedule and Work-Life Balance

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No call

• Average 18–20 patients per day

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Focus on preventive care and long-term patient relationships

• Deliver patient-centered, community-based care

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• MD or DO

• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Commitment to quality care and serving underserved populations
