Reese Roofing & Construction is expanding and looking for a Fire Insurance Restoration Specialist to help homeowners navigate the process of rebuilding after fire damage.

This role is focused on insurance restoration sales and project coordination , working directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, and adjusters to restore homes affected by fire damage.

This is a fully commission-based position with uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the restoration industry.

Position Overview

As a Fire Insurance Restoration Specialist , you will work directly with homeowners whose properties have experienced fire damage.

Your role is to help guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process , coordinate inspections, and manage projects from the initial consultation through completion.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner , ensuring the project moves smoothly while delivering excellent service during a stressful time.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners during stressful situations
• Sales or restoration experience preferred
• Experience as an insurance adjuster, mitigation technician, or contractor is a major plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
