A Day in the Role

By 8 a.m., you’re reviewing maintenance scopes for an upcoming outage at an electrical power generation facility. You validate the job scope, refine cost and schedule estimates, and begin drafting job-specific work instructions. Mid-morning, you align with the onsite Manager to confirm priorities and remove roadblocks. After lunch, you coordinate with procurement to administer contracts and ensure documentation is ready to support outage execution. You close the day by engaging engineering, analytics, and fleet execution partners to streamline processes, improve standardization, and maintain vendor relationships that keep work moving without interruption.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate major and minor maintenance activities for electrical power generation plants.
• Identify jobs, validate scope, and build cost and schedule estimates.
• Develop job-specific work instructions that enable safe, efficient execution.
• Administer procurement contracts and maintain required documentation for outage delivery.
• Drive standardization and team engagement to streamline planning activities.
• Foster productive relationships with vendors, engineering, analytics, and fleet execution teams.
• Report directly to the onsite Manager and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr.
