Body Shop Customer Service Rep

:

The body shop customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison to provide service information and repair updates to customers and resolve any emerging problems that our customer or insurance accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Having a pleasant personality while offering the highest level of customer service is essential for success in this position.

**Prior Body Shop CSR expereince preferred**

Position is full time, with a set schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm with a 1-hour lunch

CSR Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet, welcome and direct guests appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls efficiently and with a professional demeanor
• Provide accurate information in person and via phone
• Accurately input data into company database
• Call customers and communicate all updates regarding their vehicle repair status
• Flag technicians and assist with payroll tasks (training will be provided)
• Communicate with advisor frequently and assist advisor with tasks
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as pertaining to role
• Professionally liaise with the Insurance Companies and Vendors coming to the shop.

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Prior Body Shop CSR expereience
• Proven customer support experience with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Body Shop experience is a plus but not required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver's license with Clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
