Bernstein | Polsky is a Boca Raton–based boutique civil law firm committed to fighting for justice on behalf of our statewide and national client base. Our practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and property insurance claims.

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking bright, hardworking, and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking to immediately fill the following position:

PERSONAL INJURY DIVISION

Bilingual-Spanish Intake Assistant
(No experience required)

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is an efficient, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage various ongoing activities and multitask. We are looking for someone who can quickly become an indispensable part of our close-knit, fast-paced firm and take ownership of their role from day one.

This is a fully in-office position , with required availability in during working hours.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Heavy client communication discussing the law firm's retainer agreement and getting clients signed.
• Discussing traffic accidents or other sources of injury and ongoing medical treatment.
• Reporting the claim to the at-fault driver's insurance company
• Reporting the claim to our client's own insurance company
• Maintaining organized and accurate case files in our electronic database
• Working closely with attorneys, referral sources and staff to move cases forward efficiently

Requirements:

• No experience required
• Ability to multi-task and manage a substantial caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bi-lingual in Spanish (required)
• Self-motivated and reliable

Compensation:
Salary: $40,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience.
